To Whom It May Concern,

THE IMPACT FUNK MUSIC HAS MADE ON THE AMERICAN POP CULTURAL

Funk Music has had an impact on the world music recording industry.
West Africa, Austria, Japan, West Indies, Canada, The U K, France, Germany, Jamaica, The Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Turkey, Egypt, and Israel, enjoyed the pleasures of Funk Music. Funk Music artist has produced protégés, and admires of the style of Funk Music. The style of Funk Music could make a person “get up and dance”; displaying a person has rhythm and timing even if a person had no rhythm or timing. A person would find rhythm whenever a person listens to the style of Funk Music. Funk Music has helped the merging of the world musical cultural indifferences, and helped formed the foundation of music expression that has lasted for over 40 years. Funk Music has help spread the pop-cultural and artistic renaissance that has molded the American music recording industry.
Building a (FUNK MUSIC HALL OF FAME) museum would profoundly preserve the heritage of the history of the artistic contribution of Funk-Disco performing artist and the accomplishments towards the world music record recording industry advancements. Written by KENT FREEMAN

To Whom It May Concern,
THE CHANGE OF FUNK MUSIC FORM THE 80’S TO THE PRSENT TIME#2

AFIKA BAMBATAA influenced by Kraft Wreck, created (ELECTRO FUNK) a minimalist machine style of Funk Music with his single (Planet Rock) in 1982. This style of Funk Music was driven by synthesizers, and electronic rhythms of the (TR808) drum machines. Evidence of this is revealed in the hit single (SCORPIO) by GRAND MASTER FLASH AND THE FURIOUS FIVE.1983, marked the year, when the group (WEST STREET MOB) used an entire electronic style and with the use of a 70’s, recording song Apache by (MICHEAL VINERS INCREDIBLE BANGO BAND), and developed a hit single recording record (Break Dance). The song (BREAK DANCE) pioneered the revolution and changes in the musical form of Funk Music forever, and the major Rap Music groups in America jumped on the bandwagon. The opportunity was now made available to an entertainer the ability to use artistic expression without utilizing a musical band or an instrument, nor did an entertainer need to learn how to read musical notes. The only resource a Rap Music artist needed during the 80’s and 90’s was a good old (FUNK MUSIC) beat to be able to make a hit record. The name of the form of Funk Music was labeled Hip-Hop Music. Dr. Dre’s (THE CHRONIC) was released in the year 1992. The album established a style called G-FUNK Music, which relied heavily on samples from 70’s Funk Music songs.
G-FUNK music was most popular during the early to mid 90’s. The 21st century marks the new era for the style of Funk Music, known as Hip-Hop Music. Hip-Hop entertainers and groups are going back to the roots of Funk Music, and incorporating live musians, and singers to merge into their record recordings. I hope the change will become an attempt to maintain the classic style of Funk Music and help develop a new style of music Genre.
The Funk Music style name has changed several times over the years. In the beginning of the insurgence of Funk Music into the music recording industry the form of Funk Music core has remained constant. The steady beat from drums with a heavy repeated BASS guitar line mixed with riffs, on the (ONE) downbeat at the start of a music cord. Funk Music revolutionized the music recording industry and wasn’t given a name until the inventor of Funk Music (JAMES BROWN) expressed the Funk Music style of music into the American music heritage. The need to build a (FUNK MUSIC HALL OF FAME), is becoming greater and greater. Please tell someone about this information.

To Whom It May Concern,

THE CHANGE OF FUNK MUSIC FROM THE 80’S TO THE PRESENT TIME #1

During the 1980’s many of the core elements that forward the foundation of P-Funk music began to be change by the electronic machines and sthesizer.
Synth keyboards replaced horn sections of saxophones and trumpets and the horns that remained were given simplified lines and few horn solos. The classic keyboards of Funk Music, like the (HAMMOND bb ELECTRONIC DRUM) machines began to replace the “Funk Music Drummers of the past, and the (Slap Pop) style Bass guitar line”. In the year 1981, the single hit record recording song (BIG TIME) by Rick James illustrates the change of Funk Music from the 70’s to the 80’s. Rick James was known as the (KING OF FUNK) during the 80’s, James had assumed the Funk Music mantle dominated by the P-Funk music bands in the 70’s. 1981,Rick James album (STREET SONGS) had, featured hit singles such as (Give It To Me Baby), and (Super Freak) paved the way for the future direction of the explicitness of the Funk Music style in the early to mid 80’s until the mid 90’s. During the resurrection of Funk and Disco music it was in the year 1979,the music record recording form Michael Jackson’s (OFF THE WALL) album with the single hits, (Working Day And Night), (Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough). The death of Funk-Disco music was in effect by radio stations refusing to play Funk-Disco Music on the radio air waves, but the radio stations could not stop the new sound of Funk Music. The combining of the background of the 70’s Bass guitar Funk Music style, and rhyming lyrics of a MC on a microphone developed into another form of modern Funk Music known as (RAP MUSIC). Rap Music developed in the late 70’s, with the street parties thrown in the Bronx neighborhood of New York City. DJ Kool Herc, a Jamaican immigrant started simple Raps at his parties. As Herc would explain in a interview,” the whole chemistry came from Jamaica. I was listening to American music in Jamica, and my favorite artist was (JAMES BROWN) when I came over here, I just had to put it in the American (Funk Music) style”. The first Rap Music record released was by the (FAT BACK BAND) King Tim The Third. A week later the first commercialized Rap music recording song was played on the radio across the country, and was placed on the American recording pop-charts, 1979, RAPPERS DELIGHT by the (Sugar Hill Gang). The song demonstrates the style of Rap Music fused with Funk Music style from the group (CHIC) hit record single (GOOD TIMES), many Rap Music groups used the same song during the early to mid 80’s.
