There wasn't too much dacin on tv back then...all I remember was Soul Train (back to went it was taped in Chicago), James Brown, Fred Astaire, and then I seen my first b-boys and "housers". The music...I can go back to alot of soul and disco classics, salsa, and even reggae that influenced my love of everything after that....I had no problem ever looking for the perfect beat cause I always found it and still do.
